Third generation real estate professional, with over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. Since 1991, he has been the President and CEO of Andoreale Corp, a NY based company founded in 1961 that specializes in the development, acquisition, and management of Class A and B properties. Over his career, David has overseen construction, new investments, asset management, and leasing of over 500,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space, and 10,000+ residential units.
