Joel possesses over thirty-five years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate and construction industries. Since 1989, Mr. Schneider has founded and led Joel Schneider Construction Corp. (JSCC), which completed large scale projects including design and building of new professional and medical office buildings from the ground up, and Joel Schneider Management Corp. (JSMC), which specializes in the development and management of commercial and residential real estate.
