Steve is a seasoned real estate owner and operator, with 20 years of hands-on management experience across all real estates sectors. The scope and scale of Mr. Levitz’s experience is considerable and he has managed a sizable portfolio that included class A-B-C-D urban and suburban multi-family, as well commercial, retail, and hospitality properties in the New York Tri-state area and on the US East Coast. Mr. Levitz holds a BA from Queens College and a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Yeshiva University.
